Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivery is FREE for purchases above RM300 in one single order and to one location. (Within Malaysia only). For purchases below RM300, a flat fee of RM10 delivery fee applies. We will ship out all order with ready stock within 1-3 working days.

DELIVERY TIME
It will take 2 to 5 working days for the order to reach you. You may track the status in your order after the parcel has been dispatched.

PAYMENT
The mode of payment for online purchases is strictly via Stripe and Grab Pay. The product will be sent out only after full payment has been received.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Your order is considered delivered once we receive the authorized couriers' delivery acknowledgement of receipt.
