What is the difference between a fitted sheet and a flat sheet?

Epitex bed sheets are pre-washed before packaging to minimise post-purchase shrinkage. Minor shrinkage of 2–3% is normal for natural fibre textiles on first wash — this is accounted for in the cut dimensions. To preserve dimensions and minimise shrinkage: wash at 30–40°C (not above 60°C) or room temperature wash, use a gentle cycle and avoid high-heat tumble drying. Line drying in shade is the gentlest option for all natural fibre sheets.
